Very fast even if you don’t have an appointment. It’s a place for rehabilitation. So staff is very aware of you needs. There are several departments so you have to find out which one will service you the best.

Nice location....will to help the needy... Updated meal and protection... An upgrade could be useful too...like every institution and cooperation needs... You'll never lose your bed if you're in before curfew. Great staffs.

This is not only a shelter but a place to eat and a place to go when you've ran out of places to ... Project Renewal which this place is connected to saved me when i came to New York City down & out with nothing. I would recommend this building to anyone who needs a meal, shower, place to sleep out of the cold and even addicted to any substance. Many floors with many opportunities to get back on your feet. Counseling available also.

This place saved me when i first came to New York City broke and down & out. I would recommend this place to anyone. If your homeless or addicted to anything. This place has many floors catering to the needs of the less fortunate New Yorkers.
